Position Overview

The Relationship Manager (RM) plays a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. The RM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client needs, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management:

–              Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.

–              Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.

–              Regularly communicate with clients to understand their training needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Business Development:

–              Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

–              Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.

–              Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the training and development industry.

Sales Management:

–              Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

–              Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

–              Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

–              Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

–              Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the training and development industry.

–              Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

–              Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

–              Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
